What if the crossword is thin or the pack misses the mark?
Our quality gate measures every fill: clue grounding against your facts, and a floor on the crossword's word count and intersections. If your pack came back below either bar, the order is flagged automatically and you can refund it from the order page for up to 90 days — no questions, no support thread.
What if I paid for a pack and never opened it?
If our logs show you never opened the order page or downloaded the PDF, you can refund the order yourself for up to 30 days from delivery. Same one-click button on the order page.
